Alpha Bank is responsible for the security of payments, since our store uses the redirect process, ie the referral to the special page of Alpha Bank for secure payment via your credit card. We are not responsible for any losses due to unauthorized access to the information provided by you.
All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank‘s electronic payment platform “Alpha Bank e-Commerce” and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.
SSL technology
Ax-Easy uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology with an encryption level of up to 256 bits. SSL has been established internationally as the safest protocol for certifying websites (web sites) to network users and on the other hand for encrypting data in the communication between network users and web servers (web servers).
Encryption: Encrypted SSL communication means that all information sent between a client and a server is required to be encrypted before sending (by the sending software) and decrypted upon receipt (by the receiving software). In addition, upon receipt of the information, they are checked for any alteration during their transfer. This protects the transfer of all personal information.

User Passwords
Each customer who registers as a member of Ax-Easy has his/her own unique password. The personal data that you provide to us with your registration as a member are stored and used exclusively for the smooth processing of your transactions. Please note that the protection of the password on our website depends on you ONLY. We do not have access to or manage this item.
Security systems
Ax-Easy for its customers, who trade with credit / debit cards, has assigned the processing of transactions to Alpha Bank.
All transactions are governed by the applicable Greek law, which regulates issues related to e-commerce, personal data protection and transaction security.
